NEWS
ÖSV DOMESTIC MEDIA RIGHTS TENDER 2022-2027
ORF, the public-service broadcaster, and Servus TV acquired exclusive rights in Austria to FIS World Cup events organised by the Austrian Ski Federation. The five-year deals, announced on 31 May 2021, cover the 2022-23 to 2026-27 period. The agreement covers over 40 FIS World Cup events per year, including Alpine skiing classics in Kitzbuhel and Schladming, ski jumping competitions of the Four Hills Tournament in Innsbruck and Bischofshofen, plus races in Nordic skiing and snowboarding.

Grünwald, 17.12.2021 Lukas Zajancauskas is joining SN1 as Commercial Director from January 2022 on. Most recently, Lukas was leading strategy and business development for Content Arena, primarily driving the expansion of the first B2B marketplace for sports rights, and leading sales of software products for sports leagues, federations and agencies.Previously, Zajancauskas spent four years at the NBA, where he was a Manager of Global Media Distribution – EMEA. Based in London, Lukas was part of the team working on new business opportunities and key media rights renewals, with a particular responsibility of managing media intelligence & insights for the EMEA region. He was also co-leading the EMEA Primetime Games project – NBA’s main strategic initiative for the region, to bring more games to European time zone and create an appointment to view for local fans. Lukas started his career at the SportBusiness Group working as an analyst in the group’s publishing & consultancy arms.
